George R. Hinckley, Jr., a member of the firm Traiger & Hinckley LLP, advises and represents clients in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate level. He specializes in complex commercial litigation matters, securities fraud litigation, intellectual property litigation, class action defense and employment-related cases.

Mr. Hinckley serves as litigation counsel and adviser for large companies such as Comcast Cable Communications Inc. and HotJobs.com, Ltd. as well as growing companies such as urbanbaby.com and thesquare.com. He represents investors who have been victims of fraud. He advises both corporations and senior executives on employment contracts and employment related matters. Mr. Hinckley also frequently serves as local New York counsel for out-of-state-clients on federal securities litigation, civil RICO, class-action defense and other matters.
