CHRISTOPHER MARCH

Mr. March is a member of Hinckley & Heisenberg's corporate department.  He possesses extensive experience representing clients, from emerging to "Fortune 500," in domestic and international transactions and intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience with venture capital and other financings, as well as with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and licensing. Mr. March was previously General Counsel and Vice President of HotJobs.com, Ltd. (NASDAQ: HOTJ). Prior to joining HotJobs, Mr. March was a corporate partner at the law firm Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine LLP, where he worked with Messrs.Hinckley, Heisengberg and Lubitz.

Representative Matters:

  • Served as General Counsel overseeing Hotjobs.com's, transition from a private venture to its successful Initial Public Offering in 1999.

  • Mr. March spent several years "on secondment " in the Hong Kong office of Alsop Wilkinson (now DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary), where his primary focus was foreign investment in China.

  • Mr. March's international experience also includes work for clients in several European, Asian, Latin American, Caribbean and former socialist countries, as well as travel to more than 80 countries on six continents.

  • As a corporate partner with Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine, Mr. March counseled clients on issues of corporate structure and regulatory requirements.

  • Assisted various companies in processing trademark applications before the PTO.

  • Mr. March received his B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Bucknell University in 1984 and J.D., cum laude, in 1987 from the Georgetown University Law Center.
